The company is managed by a Board of directors, consisting of all shareholders and a President, who is responsible to promote and effect all decisions of the Board in practice.

The airline has its CEO – or Managing Director, elected by the Board of Directors and reporting to the President and the Board. He is supervising all departments in the Airline structure – Flight and Engeneering, Crews and safety, Maintenance and technical support, etc.

The Sales and operations department, Finance and accounting, Legal, PR, HR and marketing departments are managed by each of the Board Directors and are under direct monitoring to the President.
